| 摘 要： | 通过分析股票与普通商品的实质差异,阐述了股票价格的内在本质,定量地描述了股票价格的两种波动形式以及期望价格与平均价格,从而提出了股票价格运动的一种基本模式,最后还对在实际中十分重要的平均价格,给出了一种简易的估测方法。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the differences between the nature of stocks and that of common goods, this paper expounds the intrinsic nature of the stock price, quantitatively describes the precise concepts of two fluctuations of stock price and two fluctuation centres (i.e. expected price and averaged price) and puts forward a basic pattern for stock price fluctuation. In addition, it gives a practical method for estimating the averaged price of stocks of great importance in stock market operation. |
