| 摘 要： | 本文根据实际的相关数据研究了埃克森美孚、英国石油、壳牌、雪佛龙、中国石油5家国际大石油公司1988——2007年总投资和勘探开发投资变化特点，分析了欧佩克和5家公司平均实现原油价格变化的一致性。重点探讨了5家公司投资与欧佩克油价的变化规律，定量计算出二者相关系数在0．83——0．98之间，存在高度正相关性，得出回归方程，分析了其3个方面主要内在原因。说明了研究结论对中国石油进行投资决策的指导意义。
