| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会是一项复杂的系统工程。和谐社会最核心的问题是利益的均衡和人与自然的和谐。资源环境管理政策正是政府用来协调社会利益关系、实现人与自然和谐的重要工具。本文在探讨了和谐社会与资源环境管理政策关系的基础上,分析了构建和谐社会资源环境管理政策的基本思路和主要内容,并从资源环境角度探讨了构建和谐社会需要处理好的几大关系,最后进行了资源环境管理政策相关案例的分析。

| Abstract: | Constructing the harmonious socialist society is a complicated system engineering.The most essential issue of harmonious society is the benefit balance and harmony between man and nature.Resource environmental management policy is exactly the important means that the government uses to harmonize the social interest relation and to realize the harmony between human being and nature.Based on the discussion of the relation of harmonious society and resource environmental management policy,this paper analyses the fundamental thought and main content of resource environmental management policy of constructing the harmonious society,discusses the important relations of constructing the harmonious society from the angle of resource environment,and analyses some practical cases concerned with the resource environmental management policy. |
