中国三所高校建设世界一流大学的战略对比研究——基于5P理论的视角

建设“双一流”大学已成为中国重要的战略决策，有利于提高中国的高等教育综合实力和全球竞争力。战略管理与规划是建立一所“双一流”大学的重要途径。从战略管理的视角来看，高校的发展深受计划(plan)、策略(ploy)、模式(pattern)、定位(position)和概念(perspective)“5P”理论的影响。文章以清华大学、香港大学和澳门大学三所长期居区域发展顶峰的三所高校为例，运用“5P”模型在战略管理理论中对其发展策略进行了对比分析，找出促使高校继续向“双一流”大学迈进的重要指标和因素。 

Comparative Study on the Strategies of Three Chinese Universities in Building World-class Universities:From the Perspective of 5P Theory

Constructing “double first-class” universities has become an important strategic decision of China, which is conducive to improving the comprehensive strength and global competitiveness of China's higher education. Strategic management and planning is an important way to establish a “double first-class” university. From the perspective of strategic management, the development of colleges and universities is deeply influenced by the “5P” theory of plan, ploy, pattern, position and concept.This paper takes Tsinghua University, University of Hong Kong and University of Macau, three universities that have long resided in the peak of regional development, as examples, and USES the “5P” model to make a comparative analysis of their development strategies in the strategic management theory, to find out the important indicators and factors that promote the universities to continue to move forward to the “double first-class” universities.
