| 摘 要： | 文章分析了我国高等职业教育大发展的现状和问题,论述了在高职院校的管理中引入和借鉴全面质量管理的必要性和可行性,并通过揭示高职教育全面质量管理的基本内涵,提出了高职院校实施全面质量管理的基本策略,进一步阐述了构建全面质量管理的内容平台。
