基于生态文明建设的企业低碳发展战略研究

生态文明建设呼吁低碳经济的发展,而作为社会经济活动主体的企业,是温室气体排放的主要来源,因此作为实施节能减排的主体,对企业发展必然有更高的要求。依据企业低碳发展衡量指标以及企业低碳发展模式,企业应制定低碳发展策略,企业低碳发展战略的实施需要建立在组织结构调整的基础上,具体是借助四个"建立",即供应链体系、信息管理系统、技术创新体系和组织文化体系,并以评价指标体系作为约束。

Study of Low-Carbon Development Strategy for Enterprise Which is Based on Ecological Civilization Construction

The construction of ecological civilization calls for the development of low-carbon economy. Enterprises, as the main part of the socio-economic activities, are also the main emission source of greenhouse gas. therefore, as the main part of implementing energy conservation, the development of enterprises will inevitably have higher requirements. Firstly, the indicators to measure enterprises＇low-carbon development and low-carbon development model are introduced. Secondly, detailed discussions are made on how to develop low- carbon development strategies, and finally the implementation of low-carbon development strategies is introduced, which is based on organizational restructuring. It includes supply chain system, information management system, technology innovation system and tissue culture system. And it is also constrained by the evaluation system.
