中国农民增收问题的计量研究:以山东省为例

中国作为农业大国,如何针对影响农民收入因素来解决农民增收困难问题是政府工作的重中之重。论文以农业大省山东省为例,在分析20世纪80年代以来山东农民收入的演变趋势与特征的基础上,对山东农民收入的影响因素进行了回归分析和因子分析,结果表明农村人力资源的配置结构、人口质量、固定资产投资和市场因素是制约山东农民收入的主要因素。据此,论文有针对性地提出了提高农民收入的几点建议,以期为决策层提供政策依据。

Analysis on increasing income of peasants in China:taking Shandong province as an example

As a major agricultural country, China should take the work of dealing with the problem of increasing income of farmers aiming at the associated factors as the most important part. This article takes Shandong province as an example to analyze the developing trend and characters of farmers' income since the 80s of the 20th century in Shandong province.On the base of that, this article conducts the analysis of linear regression and factor, and the results indicate that the rural disposition structures of human resources,quality of population,investment in fixed assets and market factor are main factors restraining income of peasant in Shandong province. According to that,this article makes several suggestions in order to offer basis of making economic policy for government.
