明代北京行部与行在六部考辨

明初在北京设置行部，代表中央直接管理京畿，其与行在六部和中央六部之间存在既相互联系又各自不同的复杂关系。前人因对北京行部认识不清，产生种种误解，甚至明代基本文献或史作，也常常把“行部”误作“刑部”，或者误以为是行在六部的别称，以讹传讹，贻误至今。北京行部本质上是一个地方行政机构，与各布政司同级；行在六部属于陪伴皇帝出巡的临时中央机构，与南京六部并列。二者并不相干。

The Distinction between Beijing Xingbu and Xingzailiubu in Ming Dynasty

At the early time of Ming Dynasty, Beijing Xing（行）bu, as the deputy of central government, was established to administer the areas of Beijing, which became another capital of Ming. It causes that much of people, including some living in the Ming Dynasty, could not understand what the Beijing Xing（行）bu was, and even made mistakes on it such as that Xing （行）bu was recorded as Xing（行）bu. This paper researches on what and why mistakes have been made, and what the true relationship exists among the two kinds of ministry. By this research, we can understand what the real feature of the Beijing Xing（行）bu should be.
