| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,中国在技术引进中取得了一定的成绩,但却存在着引进技术消化、吸收少,“中国制造”产品多,而“中国创造”产品少的问题。本文重点从发达国家投资动因和中国技术引进工作中存在的问题入手进行分析,并提出了一些建议。
