| 摘 要： | 十七大报告包含着许多重要的理论创新，是马克思主义中国化发展的最新成果。其一，首次科学阐述了“高举中国特色社会主义伟大旗帜”的观点；其二，科学总结了29年的改革开放历史；其三，深化认识了科学发展观的根据、地位和内涵；其四，适时更新了全面建设小康社会的目标要求。

| Abstract: | The report delivered at the 17th National Congress of CPC makes the latest achievement in the sinicization of Marxism due to many significant innovative theories involved in it.Firstly,it is the first time that the view of holding high the great banner of socialism with Chinese characteristics was expounded scientifically.Secondly,a retrospect was made on the reform and opening process of 29 years.Thirdly,the basis,status and connotation of scientific outlook on development were further studied.Fourthly,the goal of constructing a moderately prosperous society in all respects was set up in good time. |
