文化资本背景下我国文化矛盾及其发展战略

大众文化的席卷全球，使文化成了一种资本。面对文化全球化潮流，我国文化发展也出现了多重矛盾，这些矛盾涉及不同的价值观体系之间的冲突，因此，解决这些矛盾是我国文化发展的当务之急。转变政府文化管理职能、完善文化市场配置机制、加快文化立法步伐、强调东西结合与古今结合以创新文化体制等是发展我国文化事业的主要手段。

Cultural Contradictions and Their Development Strategies under the Background of Cultural Capital

Culture becomes capital since the popular culture has swept the globe. With the globalization of culture, a mass of cultural contradictions have also arisen in the development of our culture. To resolve these contradictions which involve conflicts among different values has become our immediate concern now. Therefore, such measures as to transform the government＇ s role in management of culture, to perfect mechanism of cultural market allocation, to accelerate cultural legislation, and to highlight a cultural system of combining east and west, ancient and modern, should be taken to develop culture in our country.
