对中央国家机关人事干部胜任力的实证分析

摘    要:中央国家机关人事干部胜任力要素构成是与国家最高职能部门的性质紧密相连的;也是与机关人事工作的特点紧密相连的;更是与时代变革和发展紧密相连的。为此,我们专门设计了当前中央国家机关人事干部胜任力模型。并通过调查统计,对构成要素的需要程度和人事干部的实际具备程度进行了实证分析。

Abstract:The competency model of the central government department are connected with not only the job of national senior functional department,but also the job characteristics of the government personnel department,as well as our reform and development in China.Based on a survey data,we designed the competency model of the central government department personnel officials,and studied the degree of urgency of the components and their practical possess.
