| 摘 要： | 本文以湖北长阳龙舟坪镇7个村庄的问卷调查和个案访谈为资料,分析了参与村委会选举的主体——村民的政治参与行为,考察了村民参与村委会选举过程中的理性行为和非理性行为,以期完善少数民族地区的基层建设。
