| 摘 要： | 伴随着我国经济实力的持续强劲增长,人民币向周边国家的流出正在更为有力地推动着其金融版图的扩张.然而,伴生的巨额人民币非法流出,却产生了一些不良影响甚至酝酿着潜在的危机.笔者首先对人民币非法流出的途径及现状进行了考察,然后在此基础上,结合疏导为主的治理思路提出了抑制巨额人民币非法流出的对策.

| Abstract: | With the powerful and continuous increasing of economy in China, RMB is outflowing off from China to the peripheral nations, which is extending its financial landscape more powerfully. However, a huge sum of RMB has run off illegally, which has produced some bad influence and even the hidden crisis. Firstly, this paper carries on the investigation to the past and present conditions of the illegal running off of RMB. On the basis of the above, and combining the viewpoint of appeasing we put forward the strategy to repress RMB from running off illegally. |
