关于社会利益格局的变化及其协调机制

随着我国经济体制改革和社会转型,我国社会利益格局也发生了很大的变化,其表现为:利益主体多元化,利益结构复杂化,利益差距在拉大和利益冲突激烈化。对此,必须进行利益关系的调整,调整的原则为:以“三个代表”重要思想为指导原则,效率优先兼顾公平,统筹兼顾,互利共赢。为此必须建立社会协调机制。具体为:政府协调机制,市场协调机制,社会协调机制,道德协调机制和对话协调机制。

Change of Social Interest Framework and Reconciliation Mechanism

With the development of economic system and social transformation in our country, the framework of our social interests has changed greatly in a wide range. Therefore some readjustments must be made about it, the principles of which should be based on the Three Represents, efficiency before fairness, an overall plan with all factors under o consideration as well as mutual benefits. Thus a reconciliation mechanism of social interest must be established, such as government reconciliation mechanism, market reconciliation mechanism, social reconciliation mechanism, moral reconciliation mechanism and dialogue negotiation mechanism.
