| 摘 要： | 在回顾相关领域研究成果的基础上，对并购协同效应的内在形成机理进行了研究，从技术、公司和环境3个层面出发，提出了影响技术并购协同效应的主要因素，建立了一个技术并购协同效应影响因素的分析框架，并以对联想收购IBMPC业务的案例分析对模型进行了初步验证。
