高校快速扩张的悖论与治理

进入21世纪，我国高校的快速扩张遭遇诸多理论困扰，这些理论困扰无疑需要跳出教育的圈子才能彻底解析和厘清。以人力资本理论、筛选理论、文化要因和二元结构论为悖论命题，寻找高校快速扩张的社会根源。从科学规划高等教育发展的规模和速度、政府教育投资应向基础教育倾斜、大力加强专业技能培训、淡化学历教育与非学历教育的界限等角度来完善教育制度。

The Paradox and Treatment of Rapid Expansion of Universities

Entering the 21st century, the rapid expansion of chinese universities confront a lot of theoretical trou- bles, only we jump out of the circle of education, can these theoretical troubles clarify and solve. Base on human capital theory, screening theory, cultural aspects and the paradoxical propositions for the dual structure theory, these reveal the social roots for the rapid expansion of chinese universities. From the point of improving the educa- tion system, I proposed treatment framework： scientific planning of the scale and speed of development of higher education; government education investment should tilted on the primary education; strengthen vigorously professional skills training;dilute the boundaries between academic education and non -diploma education.
