| Abstract: | The operating right of land-contract in rural area has its disaclvantages which belong to its own essence of credit right.It should be stipulated as material-right on the base of legislation.This paper analysizes the necessity of material-right for the operation of land-contract and meanwhile puts forward some consideration of legislation. |
