我国案例教学法在 MBA 教育中适用性探析

摘    要:在案例教学法推行多年之后,如何提高 MBA 案例教学的适用性成为理论争论的要点。本研究全面剖析了国内高校 MBA 案例教学实践在教学环境、教学主客体、课程设置和案例质量等方面与案例教学内在需要的不适用问题。借鉴西方国家案例教学的成功经验,从改善教学环境、提高案例质量、加强师资队伍建设、优化生源质量等方面提出了促进我国案例教学适用性与有效性的建议。

Analysis on the Applicability of the Case Teaching Method inChina's MBA Education
Abstract:How to improve the suitability of case teaching in MBA education has been the key point of the theoretical arguments since case teaching method was carried out.By analyzing and investigating the MBA case teaching practices in some Colleges,this paper argues that the case teaching in China's MBA Education is not applicable for the inner de-mands of the case teaching method in teaching environment,course arrangement and the subject and object of teach-ing.By learning successful experiences from Harvard Business School,the paper suggests that some measures should be adopted to promote the suitability and effectiveness of the case teaching in China,such as improving the teaching environment,enhancing the case quality,strengthening the construction of teachers and optimizing the quality of the students.
