转基因技术争论的根源分析与思考

当前围绕转基因技术的争论分为支持派、质疑派和中立派。导致转基因技术出现争论的根源，主要在于转基因技术自身的缺陷、对转基因技术社会风险的担忧、转基因技术相关者的利益诉求以及技术风险的社会放大效应四个方面。发展转基因技术应立足于对转基因技术的理性认识，重视技术风险的评估机制建设，并注重从伦理、技术和制度等多个方面来规避其潜在风险。只有正确认识转基因技术的性质、意义以及采取有效规避风险的措施，才能促进我国转基因技术的健康发展。

Analysis and Reflection of the Root Cause of Transgenic Technology Dispute

The current controversies regarding transgenic technology is divided into three groups of the pro,the skep-tical and the neutral.The root of the debate mainly lies in four aspects,namely,the defects of the transgenic technol-ogy itself,concerns about its social risks,the relative stakeholders'interests and social amplification effect of technolo-gy risk.Development of transgenic technology based on the rational knowledge of transgenic technology,attaches great importance to the construction technical risk assessment mechanism,and the attention from many aspects such as ethics,technology and system so as to avoid the potential risk.Only with a correct understanding of the nature of the transgenic technology,significance,and while taking effective measures to avoid risks,can we promote the healthy development of transgenic technology in China.
