硅素在水稻花药培养形成愈伤组织中的作用研究

摘    要:对 4份采自绵阳市农科所的水稻杂交组合进行花药培养 ,诱导培养基中施加不同硅素浓度处理 ,发现在诱导阶段和分化阶段都明显地提高了诱导频率和分化频率 ,效果以 75mg·l- 1 为好 ,而对绿苗的壮苗阶段影响相对较小 ,ZR973-4 7和W971 -2 1两材料花粉苗每丛苗的绿苗数分别比对照提高 1 6.72 %和8.72 %。结果还表明 ,硅素不能根本改变影响愈伤组织形成和分化的生理生化特性 ,即硅素不是提高难培养材料成苗的限制因子

Abstract:Applying Silicon with different concentrations in anther culture of 4 hybrid rice crosses could enhance the frequency of induction and differentiation of callus.The best effect occured at the concentration of 75 mg/l,in which the number of green seedling per cluster of anther plants of ZR973-47 and W971-21 was increased by 16.72% and 8.72%,respectively,compared with check.The reserch result,meanwhile, also showed that Silicon could not changed fundamentally physiological and biochemical characteristics of callus formation and differentiation.
