| Abstract: | Li Buyun's thoughts on human rights include the concept,subject,content,principles,existing form,essence and characteristics of human rights.Li also dealt with the relationship between the universality and the particularity of human rights.Furthermore,Li's thoughts concern the dialectic unification between rights and obligations,human rights and sovereignty,human rights and law,human rights and socialism and the implementation of human rights and other relevant issues.All these constitute a comprehensive and profound human rights system both in form and content. |
