| 摘 要： | 入世后加强知识产权保护对我国农业发展的影响利弊并存,农业领域知识产权策略应重在趋利避害。文章在分析农业领域科技创新面临的特殊问题的基础上,提出处理好尊重他人知识产权与防止外国公司滥用权力、传统农业科研机制入引入市场机制的矛盾、传统农业推广制度与知识产权保护的矛盾等五个方面的问题。

| Abstract: | Both positive and negative effects exist along with the strengthening of IPR protection after China's accession to WTO. On the basis of the specific characteristics of agricultural technology innovations, the authors raise five issues on respecting IPR of others and preventing right abuse by foreign firms, conflicts in introducing market forces into the traditional agriculture S&T research mechanism, conflicts in traditional agricultural promotion mechanism and IPR protection, etc. |
