| 摘 要： | 无论是新的教育理念的创建,还是法治主义语境中的“高校自治”的推进,都表明学生权利保护的迫切性与必要性。本文在对高校学生权利予以明确的基础上,反思我国高校学生权利保护的现状,探究学生权利法律救济的价值,并尝试提出一些具体的法律救济方式,以期完善我国高校学生权利的救济机制。

| Abstract: | Both the establishment of new concepts in the education field and the advancement of "self-governance of college" in the rule of law indicate the emergency and necessity of students rights protection. On the basis of a clear explanation of college students' rights, this article reveals the present situation of college students' rights protection in our country, studies the value of college students' legal relief, and puts forwards some ways of legal relief, in the hope to perfect our country's legal system of college students' rights. |
