| 摘 要： | 为了实现“创新型和应用型”人才培养的目标，在本科教学改革中强化了作为重要技术基础的电子技术系列课程的教学。同时为了使学生适应现代电子技术硬件软化的趋势，在教学过程中不断引入了多种最新的EDA软件，保证了不同的教学阶段EDA技术教学的连续性。文章总结了多年来电子技术系列课程教学体系的建设与实践，给出了课程体系的总体框架及实施方案。
