水足迹视角下中国各行业水资源利用效率研究

摘    要:从水足迹视角出发,基于SBM-DEA模型研究了2006—2015年中国各行业的水资源利用效率。实证结果表明,畜牧业、采矿业、石油炼制和焦化业、非金属矿物制品业等行业的水资源利用效率相对较高;种植业、食品制造和烟草加工业等行业水资源利用效率相对较低。尽管ML指数和GML指数的测算结果存在差异,但是以上两指数的测算结果共同表明:2006—2015年纺织业、木材加工和家具制造业、造纸印刷和文教体育用品、化工业、非金属矿物制品业、金属制品业、电气机械和器材、建筑等行业水资源利用效率在不断提升。

Abstract:Based on the water footprint, this paper studies the water use efficiency of various industries in China from 2006 to 2015. The results of empirical study show that water use efficiency of animal husbandry, mining, petroleum refining and coking, non-metallic mineral products industry is relatively high, while that of planting, food manufacturing and tobacco processing industry is relatively low. There are differences in the calculation results of ML index and GML index, but the results of ML index and GML index together indicate: water use efficiency is increasing in 2006—2015 in industries such as textile, wood processing and furniture manufacturing, paper printing, cultural and educational sporting goods, chemistry, non-metallic mineral products, metal products, electrical machinery and equipment, and construction .
