医疗健康信息的组织与服务模式研究

基于主题图的信息组织方式和精准化的信息服务模式对实现医疗健康信息的个性化、智能化以及快速精准的信息服务有重要的作用。在了解国内外医疗健康信息组织、利用与服务现状的基础上，本文基于公众与医生之间医疗健康信息的掌握度差异，构建了医疗健康信息主题图，该主题图将专业健康术语与地方化表述形成对应关系，便于公众理解和掌握健康信息。为进一步提高基层医生对疾病的诊断，本文还设计了患者描述症状与疾病知识库自动匹配的精准化信息服务模式，并以乙型肝炎为例，采用实验仿真的方法，构建了乙型肝炎主题图以及乙型肝炎的精准化诊断模拟。研究结果表明，基于主题图的医疗健康信息组织方式，既可以提高医患交流质量，又可以提升普通公众的健康素养。

Research on the Organization and Service Mode of Medical Health Information

Information organization based on theme map and precise information service mode play an important role in offering personalized, intelligent and fast and accurate medical and health information service. On the basis of understanding the current situation of organization, utilization and service of medical health information at home and abroad, this paper constructs a theme map of medical health information in accordance with the difference in mastery of medical health information between the public and doctors. The theme map forms a corresponding relationship between professional terms and localized expressions, which is convenient for the public to understand and master health information. The paper also proposes a precise information service mode which automatically matches the symptoms described by patients with disease data base, in order to improve the diagnosis of diseases by grass-roots doctors. Taking hepatitis B as an example and by using the experimental simulation method, this paper constructs a theme map of hepatitis B, and an accurate diagnosis simulation of hepatitis B. The results show that the organization of medical health information based on theme map can not only improve the quality of doctor-patient communication, but also improve the general public's health literacy.
