国际健康传播研究的议题流变、研究主力与经典文献

以两本健康传播SSCI专业期刊1994—2018年刊载的文章为研究对象，采用“科学知识图谱”方法勾勒了这20多年间国际健康传播研究的历史与现状。研究发现，这20多年间健康传播的研究议题主要集中在受众研究和效果研究两个方面。其中，热点议题紧随社会现实不断转化，研究方法也不断吸纳医学方法而变得多元丰富。在研究主力方面，美国在全球研究格局中处于“一枝独秀”地位，无论是高产作者还是高产机构均由美国主导，但中国的研究者也开始崭露头角。从高被引期刊和高共被引文献来看，健康传播研究呈现出“传播学取向”和“医学取向”两种分殊。对照国际健康传播研究的演进趋势，未来我国健康传播研究的突破点包括:拓展对LGBT人口和“疑病症”患者等特殊群体的考察、关注在线健康行为实践、立足国情注重对心脑血管疾病的健康科普、重视叙事医学等人文医学传统。

Global Health Communication: Issue Evolution,Academic Community and Classic Literature-Bibliometric Analysis of Two SSCI Journals in the Field of Health Communication

Based on two prestigious journals in the field of health communication, this paper adopt Mapping knowledge domain to outline the history and current situation of global health communication research over the past 20 years. It is found that over the past 20 years, the research topics of health communication mainly focus on audience research and effect research, but hot topics have been keep changing with social reality. Due to the absorb medical methods, the research methods have become pluralistic. In terms of research main force, the United States is in a leading position in the global research pattern, but Chinese researchers are emerging as new participant. From the perspective of high cited journals and high co-cited literature, health communication research has showed two different orientations, it named "communication orientation" and "medical orientation". Compared with the evolution trend of international health communication research, the breakthrough points of future health communication research in China include: pay more attention to the special groups such as LGBT population and hypochondriasis; focus on the online health behavior practice, attaches great importance to the health education for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, lay stress on the humanistic medical traditions such as narrative medicine.
