| 摘 要： | 通过中国特征性的关系社会所构建的民间法规范，对待国家法律时主要表现为接纳、渗透、规避与对抗四个方面，其中渗透、规避和对抗态度将导致与正式法律的关系紧张，并使非正式规范的走向潜规范化，因此，有必要对这些规范进行适当的引导和调控。

| Abstract: | Non-government law standards constructed through a society of relations with Chinese characteristics perform four kinds of attitudes towards formal state laws,mainly as follows:accepting,permeating,averting and resisting.Except for acceptance,the other three aspects will cause tense relations with official laws and make the informal regulations tend to be sub-standardized.Therefore,it is necessary to guide and control these standards properly. |
