| 摘 要： | 邓小平"以人为本"的思想体现在邓小平的社会主义本质论、"三步走"战略理论以及"三个有利于"标准等重要理论之中.这种思想也符合马克思主义关于"人的全面发展"的思想,是对马克思主义的继承和创新,而社会主义市场经济和民主法制建设正是实现"以人为本"的主要途径.

| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping's man-based ideology is reflected clearly in such important theories as Deng Xiaoping's theory on the essence of socialism, the three-step strategy and the Three Favorables" standard. Being well adapted to Marx's thought on "man's full development", it shows the continuation and development of Marxism. Moreover, the realization of (he man-based ideology is one of the main means of socialist market economy and socialist democracy and legal systems. |
