| 摘 要： | 教育部颁发的<普通高等学校图书馆规程>(修订)指出:"有条件的高等学校图书馆应尽可能向社会开放".高校图书馆应该贯彻该规程的有关精神,顺应时代潮流,践行科学发展观,为建立学习型社会作出贡献.其实,高等学校图书馆在建立学习型社会中具有不可替代的作用,而且在实现教育资源共享中,高等学校图书馆向社会开放也具有可行性,至于其如何向社会开放或称开放的基本模式和措施则是需要探讨的.

| Abstract: | "Regulations of University Library"by Ministry of Education stipulate that"University library may open to the public",on the basis of which university library should carry out this spirit and practise the Outlook of scientific development.In fact,university library plays a great role in the construction of society full of learning.It is feasible for university to open to the public.As for its basic pattern and measures to taken,further exploration can be needed. |
