| Abstract: | This essay deals with ways of cherishing Chinese traditional virtues and fostering a firm communist belief and patriotic spirit in the new historical stage It elaborates the importance of the idea of "governing the country by law" proposed by party General secretary Jiang Leming and argues that nonaf education in universities should develop with time while carrying on and display the traditional virtues. |
