| Abstract: | This paper,taking financial management's goal as key point,discusses about various advantages and disadvantages of financial management's goal in details and then according to their different natures,explores management's goal suited to social development in the future economic development and puts forward wealthy maximum of shareholders as financial management's goal which wil be best suited to the cognition of market economic development.Finally it chooses the concrete methods that are suited to financial management goal which has potential of development. |
