| Abstract: | The system of government purchase is a thorough reform on the pattern of expenditure management. Since 1996, when government purchase was put into practice for the first time in Shengzhen, it has been experimented or popularized in major cities and provinces. The author analyses main problems in the process of putting the system of government purchase into practice, then puts forward some suggestions to improve the system of government purchase. |
