小细管流动阻力测试方法实验研究

摘    要:提出了一种非定常、小流量的流动阻力测试方法,然后按照该方法建立了小细管流动阻力测试实验台.其测试过程的控制和实验数据的整理都由计算机完成.最后,通过单一管径的清水标定实验和不同管径流动特性对比实验验证了该方法的可行性和实验台的可靠性.实验结果表明,小细管流动阻力测试方法用于低雷诺数流动实验时具有较高的精度,适于高成本流体流动特性的实验研究

Abstract:In this paper, an unsteady drag measuring method for thin pipe is put forward which does not need too much amount of fluid. A thin pipe flow drag experiment table based on this method is setup. The experiment process and the data analysis of this experiment table are completed by use of computer. The feasibility and reliability of the method and the experiment table are verified by experiments of pure water flow in pipes with different diameters. The results show that the method has high precision when used in low Renolds number experiment and is suitable for the case of highcost flow experiment.
