| 摘 要： | 创业组织形式的选择影响到农民创业的成功率和创业收益。相对于个体工商户和企业,专业合作经济组织这种创业组织形式具有独特的优势。要加大创业宣传、加强创业教育、完善扶持政策,从宏观层面为农民创办专业合作经济组织营造良好环境;要完善激励措施、加强机制建设、建立成员管理制度,从微观层面引导创办人建立健全组织运营机制,提高创业成功率。

| Abstract: | The choice of organization form relates to the success rate and income of farmers′ enterprising.As to the forms of privately or individually-owned business and enterprise,economic cooperative organizations have unique advantages.The paper offer some recommendations to increase business success rate,from macroscopic level that making a good environment including advertisement,education,policy and micro level that establishing operating mechanisms including completing motivate measures,strengthening mechanisms,establishing management system of members. |
