基于动态下的经济质量数学模型研究

经济质量需要用单项和综合指标来描述。所谓经济质量指标是指描述经济某个特征或整体品质状态的标志。从经济某个方面进行质量评价的指标称为单项经济质量指标。单项经济质量指标之间既有区别,又有联系;既能对经济某个侧面质量进行透视,又能在一定程度上反映经济整体质量水平。经济质量是动态经济状态下的质量。它包括:商品质量、生产过程质量、经济结构质量、经济运行质量和对外贸易质量。对经济质量进行科学管理,就需要对经济质量数据进行系统收集、整理、统计、分析,推断出总体质量水平并揭示经济质量波动的客观规律,为经济质量调控、改进、创新提供科学依据,所以,对经济质量进行定量评价是现代经济管理的客观要求。
