| 摘 要： | 与先秦儒家一样,董仲舒也对理想人格进行了探讨。"必仁且智"是理想人格的内在规定,"笃于礼,薄于利"是理想人格的外在表现。在现实之我如何走向理想之我的问题上,董仲舒提出了"性待教而为善"的观点。遗憾的是,他强调"教化成性"的同时,又承认人受命于天,人性"不可改",给自己的理论制造了矛盾与紧张。

| Abstract: | DONG Zhong-shu believes that kindness and wisdom are the inherent requirement of ideal personality,and courtesy and small profits are the external manifestation of ideal personality.DONG Zhong-shu stresses cultivating personality by education which is contradictory to his idea that man is controlled by nature and human nature is unchangeable. |
