| 摘 要： | 针对目前大学新生心理问题发生率较高的问题,在调查分析的基础上,我们提出了开展心理健康教育的四条可行性措施,即:加强入学教育、开展心理咨询、改革教材教法、创造良好环境,以帮助新生尽快适应大学生活,顺利完成学业。

| Abstract: | Because many freshmen have psychological problem,the writers put forward four feasible measures to improve the education on freshmen's psychological health, which are to strengthen engagement education, carry out psychological consulting, reform materials and ways of instruction and create fine environment. Through these methods, we can help freshmen adapt to the new life as soon as possible and finish the study successfully. |
