| Abstract: | The leagal right which coared with individual external freedom of action should and could guarantee and uphold the universal moral right which focused on individual internal freedom.This is the inner ground of the legitimacy of the rule of law.The universal law which represented by the three absoulte orders is the necessary and sufficient conditions of the legitimacy and the necessary prerequisites of the reasonability of the testing of the leagal right. |
