重庆市两代农民工就业身份选择比较研究

本文从个体特征、流动变迁因素和社会经济因素三个维度来考察其就业的身份选择.分析结果表明,老一代农民工就业身份主要受到婚姻状况、流动范围、在本地流动的时间、每周工作天数、每月租房花费、有无签订劳动合同、本地人是否愿意接受的影响,新一代农民工就业身份则主要受到婚姻状况、性别、每周工作天数、每月房租花费的影响.

Comparative Research on Employment Identity Choice of Two Generation Migrant Workers in Chongqing

his paper examines the choice of the employment identity from such three perspectives as individual feature, flowing and changing factor, and social and economic factor. Analysis results show that the employment identity choice of the elder generation migrant workers is mainly affected by marriage status, flowing scope, flowing time at local place, working days per week, house renting cost per month, working contract or without, and acceptance of local people while the employment identity choice of the new generation migrant workers is chiefly influenced by marriage status, gender, working days per week, and house renting cost per month.
