论环境保护公安司法机关的专门化设立

随着各种环境案件的逐年增加,环保执法机构身单力薄以及与公安司法机关衔接不畅等法治瓶颈日趋突显。为保证生态文明建设能够有一个良好的法治环境,基于环保法治的内在要求,国家有必要效仿林业、铁路等部门设立专门公安司法机关的做法,设立专门的环保公安司法机关,以增强环保法治力量,及时有效地遏制环境违法犯罪行为。
