微博环境下高校网络突发事件舆论引导现状与对策

微博已成为高校网络突发事件舆论的重要策源地、发酵池、集散地和放大器。面对高校网络突发事件多发、频发的态势，如何科学运用微博及时高效地做好高校网络突发事件舆论导向工作，是高校当前迫切需要研究解决的一项重要课题。为此，分析了微博环境下高校突发事件舆论引导现状，研究其存在的主要问题，即高校管理教育观念相对滞后、策略较为老套、机制不够健全等，提出高校应转变观念，树立正确的网络舆论引导理念，并采取行之有效的网络舆论引导策略和引导机制，这对于弘扬高校主旋律、激发高校正能量、营造高校好氛围，具有十分重要的意义。

Study on Current Situation and Countermeasures for Guiding Public Opinions on Internet Emergencies in Colleges and Universities under Microblog Widely-used Environment

Microblog has become an important cradle,fermenting tank,collecting and distributing place as well as an amplifier of public opinions on internet emergencies in colleges and universities.In the face of multiple and frequent internet emergencies in colleges and universities,how to use microblog scientifically to timely and efficiently guide public opinions on internet emergencies in colleges and universities is a significant issue that needs to be tackled urgently at present in colleges and universities.The current situation of guiding public opinions on internet emergencies in colleges and universities under microblog widely-used environment is analyzed,existing problems are studied,and practicable countermeasures are put forward,which are of great significance for promoting mainstream melody,boosting positive energy and creating favorable atmosphere in colleges and universities.
