基于村落保留观念的城中村改造路径分析——以济源市城中村为例

目前国内对于城中村改造的实践各地均处于探索阶段。随着城镇化的发展,新农村建设取得了很大的成绩,但是也出现了很多问题,对于一些中小城市的城中村,住宅建筑情况大多良好,盲目采取大城市建设城市型居住区的做法显然不合时宜。村落作为人类最原始的群居方式,是地域特色和乡土文化的体现,在人类社会发展过程中起着重要的作用。城中村作为原始的村落,在更新改造过程中要转变传统拆迁观念,以村落保留为基础,挖掘村庄特色,更要树立多样化的城市发展观念,改善基础设施,循序渐进,达到城市与乡村的自然融合。

The Urban Village Reconstruction Based on the View of Village Reservation: A Case Study of Urban Village of Jiyuan City

The practice of urban village renewal is still at the exploration stage in China. With the development of urbanization, the construction of the new rural countryside has made great achievements, but a lot of problems have also arisen in the process. For some urban villages in the small and medium-sized cities, most of the housing construction quality is good, so it is not appropriate for them to follow the way that big cities have adopted to construct urban residential areas. As the most primitive way of group-living, village reflects regional feature and local culture and plays an important role in the process of development of human society. Urban villages are original villages, so we should change the traditional concept of demolition during the renewal process. We should find the characteristics of the village based on village retention, set up diversified ideas on urban development and promote the infrastructure construction gradually, to achieve the natural and harmonious urban and rural integration.
