| 摘 要： | 资源基础论的基本假设是企业拥有能够带来竞争优势的资源的所有权和控制权。然而，在网络环境下，这种假设已经显示出了它的局限性。拓展了资源基础论的研究以包括网络资源的作用，在此基础上，构建了一个分析关联性企业竞争优势的新框架，识别了源自企业间联盟共享和非共享资源而产生的四种类型的租金。

| Abstract: | The basic assumption of the resource - based view is that enterprises possess the rights to own and control resources that can bring about competitive advantages. However, in the network environment, this assumption has exposed its limitation. Therefore, the research of resource - based view is extended so that it includes the function of network resource. According to this, the new framework of analyzing the competitive advantages of interconnected enterprises is constructed, thus identifying four types of rent derived from the resource shared and not shared with each other among enterprise allies. |
