| Abstract: | Shortage of land has already become a serious problem that to some degree limits the development of economy in China.Moreover,the land plays a more important role than money capital,especially in Beijing district.However,the various circulation patterns of agricultural constructive land can help to ease up even to deal with the issues of land shortage,which in the long run can realize the sustainable development of economy and an internal and external balance of macro-economy. |
