| 摘 要： | 加强高校学生宿舍管理应从以下几个方面努力 :增强管理人员专业知识和技能 ;完善岗位工作职责 ,建立管理质量考评奖惩制度 ;减员增效 ,实行岗位责任制 ;树自身形象 ,创团队精神 ;做到服务、管理和教育相结合 ;组织学生参与民主管理 ,充分发挥学生干部的桥梁纽带作用

| Abstract: | The atricle mainly illustrates seven suggestions about how to improve the managemet of college dorms.strengthens professional skills and knowledge of assistants;strengthens and improves the sense of duties,establishes the assessmen system to management and proper division and decrease of assisatants,puts system into effect;establishes unit spirit and improves assistants' qualifications;combine management with education;organizes students to take part in management work and ,explores students leaders' connections. |
