摘    要:组织理论中的组织创新气氛理论不仅揭示了团队创新的机制,也为团队管理提供了支撑。分层管理作为组织管理的重要手段,通过与组织创新气氛多因素的结合,可以将理论的多因素落实到组织管理的操作程序上,从而促进创新的效率。

Abstract:The organizational innovation atmosphere theory in organization theory not only discloses innovation mechanisms,but also provides theoretical support for team management.As an important means of organization management,hierarchical management can implement multiple theoretical factors into operational procedures,through a combination of these factors in organizational innovation.Thus,it is helpful to promote innovation efficiency.
