| Abstract: | The paper analyzes characteristics of port resources on both shores of the Taiwan Straits and their present shipping situation, points out that so many resources on the two shores can supplement each other, and that by developing harbors on the shores, we can bring into play regional priority and shipping one in order to establish a mechanism of cooperation in shipping of the two shores of the Taiwan Straits. |
