| Abstract: | It is an important attempt of Kuomindang Government in the field of urban housing-ensuring during 1930s to build the Low-rent Housing in Tianqiao and establish its management system.And there were several new creative ideas.However,there were many problems because of some kinds of reasons.The extension of living districts of the low-rent housing could not be carried out effectively,and the management system was gradually becoming existed in name only. |
